Privacy Policy

When you claim an address we collect:

• Your chosen @intelligent.pa address (localpart)
• Your real email address (the inbox we forward to)
• Your country (to route payment correctly)
• Payment confirmation from Stripe or Flutterwave — we never see your card details

When you connect Google Calendar we store OAuth tokens so the assistant can read your availability and create events on your behalf. We never read the content of your calendar events beyond free/busy intervals.

When emails arrive at your @intelligent.pa address, the text is processed by Claude (Anthropic) to understand intent and generate a reply or forward. We do not store the full email body permanently.

• Forwarding emails to your real inbox
• Scheduling meetings on your Google Calendar
• Checking your calendar availability when someone requests a meeting
• Customer support and service communications

We share data only with the third-party services that power the product:

• Anthropic — email content is processed by Claude AI
• Google — calendar access if you connect your account
• Stripe — payment processing for non-African countries
• Flutterwave — payment processing for African countries
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Cloudflare — email routing infrastructure

We do not sell your data to anyone.

Your account data (address, forward email, payment record) is kept for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@intelligent.pa. OAuth tokens are deleted when you disconnect your Google account from your dashboard.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database credentials, API keys, and OAuth tokens are stored as encrypted secrets and never exposed in client-side code. Payment data never touches our servers — it is handled entirely by Stripe and Flutterwave.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact support@intelligent.pa.
